GENERAL:

1. By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance selling contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: November 27, 2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

3. Shipping costs, which are the cost of shipping the product, will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that the delivery time does not exceed 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be returned complete, complying with the specifications specified in the order, and accompanied by any documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual.

6. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of the situation. The total price must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

7. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in their bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE:

8. If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the buyer's credit card was used improperly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the contracted product to the seller within 3 days, shipping costs being borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORSE REASONS:

9. If force majeure events beyond the Seller's control occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may request the order to be canceled, the product to be replaced with a similar product, or a postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the Buyer cancels the order, if the payment was made by cash, the fee will be paid in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the Buyer cancels by credit card, the product fee will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation. However, the bank may transfer the payment to the Buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

10. The Buyer will inspect the goods/services covered by the contract before accepting them. Any damaged or defective goods/services, such as those with dents, breaks, torn packaging, etc., will not be accepted by the shipping company. The goods/services received will be deemed undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The product and the invoice must also be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

11. The BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to the BUYER or the person/entity at the address provided, provided that the BUYER notifies the SELLER using the contact information below.

13. If the Buyer is purchasing a service, this 14-day period begins on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the service begins with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period. Notification regarding the right of withdrawal is provided to the Buyer in Distance Contracts and Cancellation Conditions, and the Buyer is placing an order with full knowledge of the withdrawal conditions.

14. The costs incurred in exercising the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the SELLER.

15. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified within 14 (fourteen) days by registered mail, fax, email, or the method specified by the SELLER in writing or by the relevant method. The product must not have been used in accordance with the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" provisions of this contract.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice for the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER (If the invoice for the product to be returned is from a corporate entity, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders with invoices issued in the name of a corporate entity will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

17. Return form: The products to be returned must be returned complete and undamaged, including the box, packaging, and any standard accessories.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

18. The SELLER is obligated to return the total price and the documents that bind the BUYER to the BUYER within 10 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.
